  • Jane began her strength training journey the summer before her freshman year of college. Back then, Jane’s goals were entirely focused on the way her body looked and at the time, she was willing to do anything to achieve what she wanted. Over the years, this backfired. Jane was living an unsustainable life, full of restrictions. She was disconnected from her body and felt lost in her health and fitness journey.

Fast forward to 2019… Jane decided to take her power back. She got her personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine to help build confidence in the gym. Shortly after, Jane started her personal training career at Equinox and then in the Summer of 2020, she started her own brand, Movement & Mindset.

Since 2020, M&M has served thousands of people! The goal is to help people feel physically and mentally stronger by building confidence through fitness education.

    Bodywork, Personal Trainer

Brant has been an athlete his whole life, including football, wrestling, boxing, bodybuilding, and powerlifting. With multiple surgeries, he knows both what it’s like to have a body run like a finely-tuned machine and what it feels like to be broken down.

Ten years ago, after feeling his body was ready for the scrap heap with all-day pain, Brant discovered Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT®). After becoming pain-free in one session he was immediately hooked and became a MAT specialist. Posturology, which dramatically improved his energy level and erased nagging pain, aligned his body posture and made improvements permanent. MAT® and Posturology are powerful, transformative techniques that are mainstays of Brant’s treatment protocol. When posture is aligned, so are your joints and muscles. As your body moves more efficiently it can lead to increased energy and reduced wear and tear.
