How Brynn develops programs to maximize benefits
Everything is personalized to each patient. There are no protocols, in my opinion. Everyone is different and every body is different...it's important to look at ALL of the variables.
Benefits of working with Brynn
I'm an athlete. I played basketball at Ithaca and then got sucked into the endurance world after graduation. I've run two marathons and countless half marathons, and I did them so that I could experience firsthand what some of these injuries are and what the training is like. It's important to me that I can relate to my patients.
