  • You can book separate 30-minute movement slots in our Pilates or Personal Training Studio. Our members have access to the training studio as part of their exclusive use, pending availability.

  • No, our stellar Customer Experience team takes the extra work off your plate by welcoming all guests, onboarding them, and making sure they have a great experience here.

  • We do! Our tiered member options enable consistent booking with recurring blocks of time, in addition to our on-demand hourly options.

  • Booking times include session and change over time, so please book all of the time you'll need.

  • We have everything you'll need, but if there's something we don't have, we're all ears! Members get an additional perk of personal tools + props for their exclusive room.

  • We've gone digital! To be as climate-conscious as possible, we do not offer printing on-site, and digital forms are optimal.
