Jared Kaplan (he/him), a fitness + wellness innovator, is founder of Arrive, his NYC-based wellness company for independent practitioners. Jared leverages 15 years as a sought-after Pilates, Personal Trainer, ad movement specialist to inspire both Pros and his Clients to find their individual embodied versions of success, skill, and empowerment. As a sought after teacher, trainer, presenter, and entrepreneur he has presented advanced workshops internationally (China, Mexico) and across the USA and continues to advance his movement studies with the brightest minds in movement and rehabilitation, including Jean-Claude West, Mark Comerford, Madeline Black, Dr. Guy Voyer, Gil Hedley, and Paul Chek. Passionate about movement and its profession, he’s on a mission to change how wellness works by helping wellness professionals be more healthy in both business and in life.
Jared’s background
Jared stumbled into being a trainer after being transformed by movement. His coming out - and coming into his own - as a strong articulate person were deeply influenced by his college dance training. Later, Personal Training taught him about form and the power of habit, Pilates illuminated the ease that flows from being centered and aligned, and an injury sparked his natural curiosity - causing him to study multiple specializations in motor control, spinal mechanics, and more. He loves helping others discover movement practices that both inspire and feel good.
