Yera (she/her), originally from South Korea, has thrived in Korea and NYC for the last 11 years. Through her ups and downs with Pilates, she truly believes in the physical and mental transformations made possible through the Pilates method. She loves to challenge clients at any fitness level and help them achieve their goals in her sessions. Many of her clients have also benefited from post-surgery rehab and treatment for scoliosis. No matter your body type or experience with Pilates, you will walk out of the session as the best version of yourself. She currently holds a comprehensive Pilates certification, a trauma-informed Pilates certification, and is a registered behavior technician. She also completed a Physiology and Exercise course from the Stanford Center of Health Education.
