A former national-level figure skater, Conor (he/him) developed a passion for health and fitness through his intense athletic career. He brings the knowledge of high-level fitness to all his clients and focuses on developing clients’ muscle tone and helping them lose body fat through simple functional daily movements. He focuses on helping clients in the gym and with their daily personal nutrition. Through his passion for fitness, Conor instills a love of fitness and health to all his clients.

How Conor develops programs to maximize benefits
I like to develop my clients through different phases: Foundation Phase, Intermediate Phase, and Advanced Phase. The foundation phase is the most important phase. It’s like building a house — without a strong foundation, your house won’t stand. In this beginning phase, we learn the different movement patterns that help you achieve your goals. You are able to build off these simple movement patterns to move into more complex movements and exercises.
