Christina Carchidi (she/her), affectionately called Crissy by her Clients, has been a lover of movement since she was able to move. Her natural dance abilities inspired her at a young age to study dance formally. Christina graduated with a B.F.A in dance from Rutgers University and has continued to dance for various dance companies, pop singers, and shows. Christina continued her movement studies by obtaining her comprehensive Pilates certification at Core Pilates NYC, 200-hour Yoga certification from Studio Anya, and strength training certification from NASM. Christina has also completed certifications in Aerial Pilates from Anti-Gravity, Thai Bodywork, and Reiki Level 2. Christina loves to combine music and movement and believes that fitness should be a fun experience for all. She works on postural alignment and mobility while choosing exercises that are beneficial for each individual client. Christina has worked with various Physical Therapists to design a pain-free method for achieving results.
