Want new Clients?


To Get New Clients referred to you:  

  1. Update availability + rates 

    Make sure to include bio, specialities and who you love to work with. This will help us match you to the right clients for you!

  2. Sign and initial

    You’ll agree to see and work with Clients we find and introduce to you only at Arrive. In addition, you agree to not work with them at another facility, in their home, or other options without express consent, in writing, from Jared Kaplan or Arrive’s General Manager.

  3. To book:  

    Select “ Referral “ on the Mindbody app to indicate it’s an Arrive referral session

  4. Referral Rates: 

    On Demand Members: After the first session a 12-session Referral Package is $540 and will applied as an Account Credit. Standard rental rates apply after one year.

    Access Tier Members: After the first session additional weeks will be added to your membership based on your chosen Tier.

The Process:

A. We'll reach out with information provided by potential Clients.  

B. Reply + confirm if your current rate, availability + skills match the Clients’.

C. We may forward your info to the Client, once we’ve assessed the best possible match based on all criteria provided. Clients often like to compare multiple Professionals to assess a good fit.

If it's a match: 

We'll connect you via email with an introduction. Please use these best practices:

  • Communication:

    • Please respond ASAP to the Client!  

    • confirm the date of your first session together

    • provide any intake/evaluation information needed

    • send our Client Pre-Arrival form to streamline their first session experience, and

    • cc us on your initial email to them.

  • Book! Remember to select the “ Referrals ” appointment type in the Mindbody app.

  • Scheduling and Payments with the client will be handled by you, just like with other clients. The only difference is to let us know when scheduling that is a referral Client session.

If it’s not a match:

We will keep you in consideration for future clients.
