Tips For a Great First Session:

PRE-ARRIVAL:

Please fill out: Pre-Visit Questionnaire.

Please bring your own water or water bottle - we have a bottle-filler on site. To be climate-mindful, we’ve removed single-use plastic.

PREPARE:

Check-in on the iPad at the Front Desk.

Charge your phone/device while you workout/restore.

Grab a towel if needed.

ARRIVE:

Change in dressing rooms

Place all belongings in any available locker with digital keypad.

For sessions in the Pilates/Open Studio, please leave shoes in trays.

DEPART:

Place towels in baskets by personal training, pilates or the showers. 

Need to Shower? Towels, organic products, hair-ties, hair-dryer, tampons + deodorant are all ready for you.

Confirm your next session: scheduling + payment will be handled directly with your Practitioner.

Need a snack? The striped couch is our designated eating area.
