Mindful Yoga Flow

Swap your evening happy hour plans with a relaxing, soothing hour of yoga every Tuesday!

This 50-minute weekly yoga class will slow down your body, mind and breath by blending relaxed, fluid yoga sequences with traditional prāṇāyāma techniques, guided meditation, and aromatherapy.

Prioritize comfortability and come in your comfiest clothes to help you unwind.

Yoga mats, blocks, water refill station, changing rooms, lockers, and showers are available on-site.
