Join Nelly for a relaxing and restorative self-massage workshop beginning with light refreshments and an introduction to the benefits of resetting the body and mind. Ease into the session with calming breathing exercises, followed by guided self-massage techniques targeting the head, neck, shoulders, back, hands, and feet to release tension, improve posture, and boost circulation. Ending with gentle stretches to integrate the experience and reflect on how your body feels, with an opportunity for questions at the end.
