Myo-Fascial Stretching Workout Class

After a quick warm up we’ll go through the key stretches of lower body, upper body and trunk so that we can understand how this specific stretching technique feels on our bodies!

The Mayo-fascial Stretching (MFS) is a stretch of the muscular chain within the fascial chain. It’s active, safe, restorative and plays a very important role in injury prevention. MFS also has a very important role in the formation of posture, since kinesthetic information is carried in the fasciae.
