Buff Bones Training Day 2

The Buff Bones® Instructor Training guides exercise professionals in the medically-endorsed movement system for bone and joint health. Learn how to build bone strength and prevent fractures, distinguish between bone density and bone quality, and confidently help midlife women also experiencing menopause joint pain. The unique approach to movement rooted in biotensegrity also has a research-supported design using Pilates, strength training, functional movement, somatics, and therapeutic exercise.
