Rainbow wellness, referrals + real talk

NGLCC NY March M3 Mixer Recap!

We gathered, we connected, we shmoozed—the March M3 Panel + Mixer at Arrive was a total vibe.

Hosted in partnership with NGLCCNY, this month’s community event brought together LGBTQIA+ business owners, leaders, and execs for an evening focused on wellness, connection, and community.  Arrive’s modern oasis —home to fitness studios for rent, gym space for rent, and wellness spaces for rent—was the perfect flexible backdrop to hone in on what’s possible when we show up for both ourselves and each other.

The evening kicked off with an inspiring panel on Rainbow Wellness, featuring Conor Wagar of CRW Fitness, Kei Williams of New Pride Agenda, and powerful written words from author Jacqueline Woodson, moderated by Arrive’s founder Jared Kaplan. They shared resources, insights, and current action items around self-care, community building, and how we can better support ourselves and others—whether through daily activities like Pilates, Personal Training, Massage, Physical Therapy, or unique Corporate Wellness events.

And then...the mixer! We made new connections (and a few referrals), got into some surprisingly fun networking games, and kept it light while keeping it real. The energy in the room was palpable: friendly, welcoming, collaborative, and full of possibility—just how we like it!

Whether you're in need of new connections, a great treatment space for rent, a network of healthcare professionals, looking to rent a Pilates studio for a private event, or just expanding your circle of LGBTQIA+ pros and allies, this month’s M3 reminded us: gathering together is very powerful. Especially now, when we do it with purpose.

Big thanks to everyone who showed up, shared space, and made it such a memorable night. Let’s keep arriving, together.
