Booking How To’s
All bookings are made through Arrive’s Mind Body member portal. You can access it on their website or through our mobile app.
Before you get booking access, a valid credit card MUST be attached to your account. If you need to update your CC information please do so directly through the Mind Body app, or by calling the front desk at (646) 755-8125.
How to Book:
Download the MindBody Consumer App (not the Business App - see pic). Check with us to activate your access.
Create Profile. Use the same email you provided us; if not sure which email you gave us, feel free to ask!
Log-in. Search for “Arrive” and favorite it <3 to make it easy to find next time.
Tap “Appointments.” on the upper right
Select your service type. Choose Pilates, Personal Training, Physical Therapy, Massage etc.
Choose location. NorthEast, East, SouthEast, Personal Training A, etc
Choose date + time. If a time isn’t visible for the location specified, go back and select a different location. Ex: ‘1 Pilates’, ‘2 Pilates’, “FarWest”
Click “send request.”
A Customer Experience Coordinator will confirm the booking.
General notes for booking:
For Personal Training + Pilates Studios: please be mindful of sharing space + starting/ending on time.
For Treatment rooms: please be mindful of sessions before or after yours. Please ask a CX Team member about the schedule. Set up and break down occur DURING the session time booked; if additional time is needed, please book appropriately. (example: if you book a 1-hour session, set up and break down occurs WITHIN that hour. If you want additional setup/breakdown time, please book 75 minutes.)
Treatment Room Notes:
If you prefer a massage table please choose the following rooms: Southeast, East, North, Far West
If you prefer a high-low table please choose the following rooms: Northeast, North, South, West.
If you have no preference, please choose any available room.
