Cancellations
Early Cancels: sessions cancelled with more than 24hrs notice will not be charged. As long as it’s outside 24hrs you can ‘early cancel’ via the MBO app, simply click “CANCEL.”
Late Cancels: sessions cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged.
On-Demand members pay the full session rate ($40/hr) for all late cancels.
Access Tiers Members have late cancels counted towards your weekly Tier.
Let us know! For all late cancellations please send a heads up to the CX Team at desk@arrivewellness.com in order to free up the spot. Late Cancellations are visible in the Mind Body Online visit history.
Please note: In case of severe weather if your route is significantly impacted by major MTA disruptions (line closures/suspensions or severe delays), we may temporarily waive late-cancellation fees if you’re unable to make it to the studio.
Rescheduling
Same-Day Reschedules: They’re free! Sessions can be rescheduled within the same day free of charge, space permitting.
Different-Day Reschedules: Sessions rescheduled for a different calendar day will be a new booking. Please early or late cancel the original session.
Last-Minute Bookings
Sessions booked after 2pm for the NEXT day are considered last-minute bookings.
On Demand Members pay an additional $10 fee for each last-minute booking.
I.e. a 60-minute session is $50 IF it’s booked on January 15th at 3:17pm for an 11am slot on the following day, January 16th.
Access Tier Members get an allowance of 20% of their weekly tier to cover any last-minute bookings.
I.e. If your Tier is 5 sessions per week, you get 1 free last-minute booking; if your Tier is 10 sessions per week, you get 2 free last-minute bookings, etc.
The allowance resets each week and will be assessed at the end of each month.
Any last-minute Bookings that exceed 20% of your Tier will be charged at a rate of $10 per session.
Please note: any 30 Min. last-minute appointments will be charged a last-minute fee of $5 each.
All last-minute booking fees will be charged directly to the CC on file for your account.

12-session Referral Package for $540; sessions expire in 12 weeks
In the MBO App, please book referral sessions by selecting “Referral” under your discipline.

30 sessions (range of 22.5-35) for $543 per week
40 sessions (range of 35-45) for $698 per week
Full-time (approx 80hrs ) for $1,047 per week
