How Dominika develops programs to maximize benefits
I do research on current evidence — my treatment is always based on evidence. I do continuing education courses to stay on top of my expertise. I am also a runner and had a history of low back pain, so I know firsthand what injury is like.
Benefits of working with Dominika
I take a proactive approach meaning the patient takes full responsibility for their recovery. I am always looking at the long-term results more than a quick fix. So you are gonna lift weights at some point even if we start with manual therapy :)
