About Jonathan
educational | thoughtful | light-hearted
Jonathan (he/him) is a former architect and NYC transplant from Mexico and Florida where he studied at the university of Florida. He has played soccer since his early childhood and dedicated his life to sports and fitness, playing in all levels up to semi-professional in Mexico. As an architect in Florida, he split his time between designing and coaching competitive soccer — athletes from ages 4-19 — preparing athletes for national tournaments, college and improving movement and performance. In the last 6 years of his career, he has had the opportunity to work with a broad spectrum of clients — executives, former athletes, CEO’s, pre-natal and post-natal clients as well as theater singers and dancers. This has allowed him to develop a practice that doesn’t base itself on one single concept as the answer to all movement goals but instead accepts multiple systems for training. These tools can then be selectively used to help each client reach their goals or face the challenges ahead.

How Jonathan develops programs to maximize benefits
I meet with a potential client and go through a series of movement assessments as well as provide them with a fitness questionnaire to try to understand their history, movement principles, goals and habits. I then develop a program based on those notes and the individual physical and mental goals we set together during our conversations.
Benefits of working with Jonathan
After working together, most of the clients I’ve worked with build more confidence in themselves, take steps towards better daily habits, and create a more individualized structure that integrates movement, work and lifestyle.
