How does the 24-pack work?
Sessions purchased via the 24-pack are converted to an Account Credit due to the variety of appointment types we offer.
You can purchase 24-packs directly through the Mindbody online store by signing in to the Arrive client portal and clicking “online store” then selecting contracts/packages. Choose the “24 session package” option from the drop down box then click on “make payment” to charge the card on file.
As booked sessions are completed they will be deducted from your total balance.
You have 6 months in which to utilize 24hours of session time. Renew as soon as your hours are used up.

How do I check how many remaining sessions I have left?
Log-in to your Mindbody account through the Arrive client portal on a web browser to see both purchase history and your account balance.
Simply click on “Account,” located at the top right of your dashboard, to view dates of purchase, prior visits, and remaining account balance.
Why is there an “account credit” rather than “# of sessions" for the package?
Because Arrive offers multiple disciplines and a variety of session times. Purchased packages are converted into a simple account credit. For example: a package of 24 sessions equals a $960 account credit. Working with Mindbody, this is the best way to account for 24 packs.
Can I see my account balance on my phone?
Yes, via web browser. While Mindbody does not currently have an option to view account balances on their app, you CAN view your account balance and visit history via website at any time. On the mobile app you are also able to see both past and upcoming visits.
What if my account balance doesn’t seem to match my visit history?
If you feel there are any discrepancies in your account balance or visit history, please contact a member of the CX Team at the front desk and we will gladly provide you a detailed statement so you can verify records.
My receipt says I’ll be enrolled in an “auto-pay” every 6 months… am I going to be automatically charged?
You’ll only be charged when you’ve used up your sessions.
Though Mindbody doesn’t allow removal of their auto-generated language on these receipts, please note: you can always opt-out by giving us a heads up if you do not plan on continuing to run your practice out of Arrive once your sessions have been used or after 6 months from purchase.
How will I know if I’m running low on sessions?
Log-in to Mindbody on a web browser to check sessions or remaining account credit. Once you have 3 or fewer sessions left, a Team member can kindly remind you at the studio.
